All product descriptions, seed varieties, weights, and prices listed on the website are accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, adjust prices in response to market fluctuations, or modify product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation receipt via email and SMS. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract occurs once your order is confirmed by our customer representative and dispatched via our courier partners. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash / Nagad / Rocket, and Debit/Credit Cards.

4. Seed Quality & Agricultural Disclaimer

At Azghan Agro, we supply high-quality, tested seeds with high germination viability. However, seed germination and plant growth are subject to environmental conditions beyond our control, including soil temperature, moisture levels, planting depth, weather, pest control, and cultivation practices. Consequently, Azghan Agro cannot guarantee a 100% crop outcome for individual planting environments.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched promptly via trusted courier services (Steadfast / Pathao). Delivery times are typically 24–48 hours within Dhaka and 48–72 hours across the rest of the country. Customers are requested to inspect parcel packaging upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refund Policy
